| There was no fillet or cutting board in the marketplace that really controlled the mess involved with tasks like filleting fish or working with messes when preparing food until Fillet King. There was no adjusting these surfaces to fit the task until Fillet King. There was no consistent gripping surface for working with regular fillet or kitchen boards until Fillet King. We invented, manufactured, and marketed the product line with the idea that if we resolved these issues people would own the product and use it for a large variety of tasks. |
Features
Materials: High Impact Polystyrene It is harder than regular cutting surfaces and does not scratch easily when working with sharp knives making it more sanitary than wood or regular cutting board surfaces. It is moulded to precise tolerances and shape and is very durable for multiple uses. It does not hold odors.
Shape: Stores easily for boat, kitchen, or hobby uses and is lightweight and provides two fitted parts and a large area to hook the board for storage or extra work space. Modular boards are stored as a unit in a carry bag and attach together securely to expand the work surface.
Design: Allows messes to fall through the work surface into a collection area (tray) and provide access to that area for dumping by removing the surface (grate) while not effecting the work on the surface of the tray. Allows for secure, easily replaceable, foot pads to anchor the board in place on most any surface. Allow for the same foot pads to fit into the grate for optional surfaces for small cutting tasks. Easily to clean by simple washing or dishwashers is a feature plus.
Functions: Uses provides a secure portable, modular work-station allowing liquids, slimes, seeds, juice to collect in a self contained tray while keeping the work surface clean for continued tasks. This includes fish filleting tasks, kitchen uses in preparing food, or for hobby projects involving small critical parts that cannot be lost while handling.
