Thank you for your recent purchase of a Fillet King Product at your local Gander Mountain Store during our Product Introduction in your area.
Your product catalog enclosed in the package has a unique number on the order page. If that number matches those on the list below we will ship you that gift providing you follow a few simple instructions. They are: A) fill out the form with the name and address you want the gift sent to. B) Detach the sheet and mail it in to us at the provided address below. C) The form must be included to verify your unique number to claim the gift. D) The only way to claim the gift is to mail the form to us.
The gift will be mailed immediately out to you (freight pre-paid by us) no strings attached!
We are doing this as our way to further introduce our entire product line during the Prduct Introduction and again to say thank you!
Of course if you wish to order something from the product line that is your option and we will ship your gift with the order freight pre-paid in the same package. In that case a check made out to Dexter Distribution Co Inc should accompany your order along with your claim form. (You do not have to order anything to claim your gift.)
